I have always loved learning. As an avid reader, I love to explore new trends in technology, design and project management.

Performance-based learning experiences are my passion. Nothing makes me crazier than training for the sake of training. Sitting at a computer clicking through slides and answering multiple choice questions doesn’t meet the needs of a modern learner.

Understanding the target audience and the end goal of a training project allows for a thoughtful design that maximizes the learner’s time and delivers measurable business impact.

Whether learning is happening on a computer, a mobile device, in a classroom, or on the job, the resources need to be simple, relevant, and accessible. When I design training, my goal is to meet my learners where they are and give them the tools they need to be successful.
